This will be quick as we're heading back up to Baltimore this morning to take my parents home. Then we'll turn around and drive home, so a long day is anticipated. The good thing is I've been getting some work done on my Samsarah pieces in the car.
Here are the first two from August; I still need to fill in the boats hull.
The Stroll piece for today is a pair called Heartsease Pincushion and Fob by Sue Hawkins. I had bought these years ago and finally stitched them 2013-2014. They were kits and I stitched as called for. I did add the beads at the corners of the pincushion and the multi-colored tassel on the fob.
Thanks for stopping by and your "twisted threads" of friendship!

ReplyDeleteHow was the Pottery Factory? So remember the old place. Just found your blog and am so impressed with your stitching achievements. Inspiring! -Kathleen
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by and your kind words, Kathleen. As for the Pottery, the new version just isn't the same. it's more visually pleasing but the thrill of the hunt is gone. :(
