The last couple days have been rather pleasant and it appears it will continue into next week..... now if we could just get some rain.
Today's Stroll piece is Christian's Stocking from Shepherd's Bush. This too was stitched on 18 count linen with wools, Impressions and DMC Medici, using the SB embellishment pack. I made it for my son-in-law Chad back in 2004.
I pulled out the Schoolhouse #1 piece and got some leaves and a strawberry stitched.
Thanks for stopping by and your "twisted threads" of friendship!

Chad's stocking is beautiful, Stasi! You made good progress on the Schoolhouse #1.
ReplyDeleteThe Christmas Stockings are great! And thank you for the reminder to get back to the first Schoolhouse project. The next one should be arriving soon!
ReplyDeleteYour industry overwhelms me - another beautiful stocking! My family get felt appliqued stockings (though I do work from scratch, as it were).
ReplyDeleteThe schoolhouse piece is coming along beautifully!
Yet another gorgeous stocking!!Chad is so fortunate to have a MIL that stitched this for him!
