November...when the end of the year begins to loom into focus. Yikes!!! I hate to repeat the old adage...but time really does fly!!!
Another Halloween has past and we went from a few trick or treaters last year to almost running out of candy this year; our little neighborhood is growing! Here are a few shots from Halloween: my parents, Cora as Alice in Wonderland and four generations of lovely ladies. Asher wore a scary clown mask and I only have a photo of him with friends and don't like to post their photos w/o permission.
Now on to strolling.....I forgot to post my October Year in Chalk by Hands on Design last month so I'm sharing that and November today.
I managed to get a little stitching done on my Blue Band Sampler SAL. We got the final band last Friday plus a bonus chart. I can't wait to unfurl this banding!!!
Last day with the parents; we'll be taking them home tomorrow. Thanks for stopping by and your "twisted threads" of friendship!

Hard to believe November has arrived! What grand Halloween costumes; I really like the slice of pizza! Your Blue Band SAL is gorgeous. Will you be taking part in next year's red band SAL?
ReplyDeleteHow very special that picture of four generations of lovely ladies is Stasi.
ReplyDeleteYear in Chalk pieces are so cute!
Have yet to stitch on a dark fabric, your chalk pieces are cute! Cora is a sweet Alice and what a great photo of 4 generations of lovely ladies!
ReplyDeleteYour parents are adorable! Cora is beyond cute. I loved the photo of the four generations. That is such a special thing. All of your stitching is wonderful as usual. I really like the chalk pieces and need to try a few of those. RJ
