I am happy to say it is sunny today though still very cold. I think the snow will definitely be around for awhile.
This will be a quick post with pictures speaking louder than words! Suffice it to say, we survived with a lot of periodic shoveling to keep up with the massive amounts of snow falling.

Figuring our average was around 36 inches |

I did manage to get one small piece stitched in between the shoveling--very appropriate don't ya think???

Thanks for stopping by and your "twisted threads" of friendship!
Stay warm and safe --especially if you are recovering from Jonas! Hopefully a productive stitching/finishing week ahead!
Stasi
ha! A very appropriate stitch. Glad you are all well. Go make a snow angel!
ReplyDeleteVickie, I'm afraid if I did, I wouldn't be seen until the big thaw!!!

Stasi, wow! We ended up with about 20+ in our yard. The question that was going back and forth was where do you measure for an accurate reading, the snow before or after the drifts. LOL Stay warm!
ReplyDeleteWOW WOW WOW ...that is a LOT of snow!! Perhaps stitching "Let it Snow" was ill advised...LOL... let it stop snowing could be more helpful. Don't over do it!
ReplyDeleteGreat Finish!
ReplyDeleteCrazy weather. Glad you are at home where you can enjoy the snow.
ReplyDeleteGlad you made it safely through the storm!
ReplyDeleteI keep thinking I want to add the chalkboard series my stash.....so far I have resisted. Looks good. Glad you survived the storm.
ReplyDeleteHoly smokes, girlfriend! That's some serious snow. Glad you made the most of it. Love the finish!
ReplyDeleteYou are the winner so far in the snow contest! Zero snow here for the last 2 or 3 years. Wouldn't mind a few inches but 36??? Yikes!
